What a great way to add resistance training without devoting a ton of space and money for it. I had to quit my crossfit gym because it's schedule and mine weren't in sync and I decided to give the BodyBoss system a try. I love that I can easily set up my "gym" at my condo anytime I want. I purchased 2 extra sets of bands and I'm glad I did so that there was not a lot of down time between movements.

It is great. I bought it for my husband instead of the weights. Using bands as a resistance for your body it is much better that using free weights if you want a safe workout. It took some time getting it delivered and I was getting upset, but the costumer service team was easy to contact and they provide me with extra “bonus” for the long wait ... My husband loves it and I do too. It does not take space and it is easy to storage. I am happy I don’t have to worry about finding a space for a “gym”. 👍🏻

Like a lot of people, I travel a fair bit and often have trouble getting to a gym. I was looking for some exercise equipment that I could carry in my suitcase and came across the BodyBoss 2.0. The platform folds neatly and it's sturdy enough to carry someone like me who is 110kg! I bought additional resistance bands so that I don't have to keep reattaching them. So on one side, I have the bar set up for squats and the other end I've got the BodyBoss set up for core exercises. Overall I'd recommend it to anyone that's needs a compact gym that they can take anywhere with them.

I purchased this tool over a year ago and I am using it regularly, even if I don't exploit it fully in all its potential; however it helps me in my home fitness exercises to keep me in shape by not having time and often not even wanting to go to the gym. I am very satisfied because practically it has no dimensions and I can easily store it anywhere. The sales staff was very courteous about all my requests. Highly recommended !!!

I have fallen in love with the BodyBoss Portable Gym. I am a beginner but I have been using this everyday for the last 14 days and I feel great! Not even going to lie, I did not have a clue on how to even start. The videos have been super helpful and I am learning correct forms. Basic members get tones of workout videos but I am going to upgrade the membership because it has group workouts and I can check my progress on my workouts. I am looking forward to the progress and changes throughout my workout. Trust the process guys, the resistance can get really intense!

This is the best little home gym! You can take it anywhere and it is great for working out in small spaces. I purchased this to use for a health behavior change report. I was able to gradually increase resistance and the variety of exercises really hits each muscle group and allows so much variation there is never boredom!

I found that I can awake 20-35 minutes earlier than normal, work out in my hotel room or corporate rental, and still manage to get to the office by 7:00 am.

Extra bands allow me the flexibility to raise the resistance to any desired level. The entire system is fantastic because of its portability. I no longer need to find a gym or to figure out how to carry around dumbbells when I travel!

Premium quality materials used here. I am impressed with the potential and capabilities in terms of the variety of workouts that you can do with this gym system. The only set of workouts which are kinda awkward to do are some of the leg workouts but otherwise this is definitely a game changer in toning muscles and working out at home without free weights. I am impressed overall with it and see myself using it for a long time.

I am beyond pleased with this product and have constantly told (and showed) friends and colleagues on the benefits of using BodyBoss either at work or in the office. The workout guide and online tutorials are helpful to ensure proper form and technique. I have done enough during each workout to sweat and feel muscle burn in the specific muscle groups and feel I save much time by not having to drive to the gym. Also really think it is smart how there are easily changeable difficulty levels by using more bands and how the bands clip to the hooks. I also must applaud Tara at BodyBoss Customer Service for her outstanding service when and troubleshooting after a minor glitch on one of the pieces after delivery. This should be in every home and office if one is serious about working out!
